| Vanessa Kroll Bennett, Dynamo Girl founder and Scholar in Residence at The Bert and Sandra Wasserman Center for Family Life at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan, in partnership with the Bank Street School for Children, is proud to welcome Dr. Cara Natterson to speak about her new book, Decoding Boys. Dr. Cara Natterson’s bestselling books on girls’ puberty, The Care and Keeping of You series, have been the seminal books on puberty for families across the country as we navigate the choppy waters of raising our daughters into adulthood. Every Dynamo Girl Puberty Workshop has a stack of Cara’s books in the middle of the room! As Dynamo Girl expands our work into training and workshops for parents and children of any gender, the arrival of Cara’s new book, Decoding Boys, couldn’t come at a more fortuitous time. Decoding Boys: New Science Behind the Subtle Art of Raising Sons, takes a scientific approach on how best to parent boys as they enter puberty and throughout their adolescence.
